Program Philosophy

For Athletes Ages 15 and Over:
This is our competitive elite program for passionate volleyball athletes who are excited to take their game to the next level and discover what they’re truly capable of. We create a supportive, inspiring environment where you’ll challenge yourself every practice, every rep, and every match — all while building real confidence, mental strength, and the deep self-belief that helps you shine as an athlete and as a person.

We’re truly committed to your full growth, both on the court and beyond. Through intentional growth mindset training, you’ll learn to embrace challenges, view setbacks as opportunities to improve, and celebrate the power of effort and persistence. Here, you’ll develop advanced skills and sharp competitive instincts while learning to trust yourself in big moments, bounce back stronger, and build the unshakable self-efficacy that fuels success now and in the future.

If you bring energy, coachability, and a genuine love for the game, you’ll thrive here — growing into a more confident, resilient, and joyful version of yourself while proudly wearing the Dragon jersey.

For Athletes Ages 14 and Under:
We focus on building confidence, strong fundamentals, and a lifelong love for the game. Our younger programs offer a supportive, progressive pathway with clear levels from beginner to advanced. Every athlete is developed at their own pace in a positive environment that prioritizes fun, skill mastery, and personal growth.

True Victory Lies in Growth

We intentionally seek challenging competition because that’s where real development happens. While we celebrate wins as a team, our ultimate measure of success is individual improvement, mental toughness, skill development, and character.

We follow Positive Coaching Alliance principles and our ELM Tree mindset:
Effort • Learning • Mistakes are OK
Our Whole Player Development approach includes technical training, strength & conditioning, optional mental resilience work, and video analysis for our competitive teams.
