Tournament Travel & Housing Guide

To ensure our teams are compliant and officially accepted into all events, please review the booking requirements for the upcoming season. We have categorized these into Non-Stay to Play (flexible) and Stay to Play (mandatory) events.

🟢 Non-Stay to Play Tournaments

You are not required to book a hotel to participate. You may use the provided links, book on your own (Airbnb, etc.), or commute from home (Except our Florida Tournament, you must travel, but pick any hotel, Airbnb).

⚠️ AAU Nationals Note: Please plan to arrive by June 27 and depart no earlier than July 2. Athletes must be present for the entire event to prevent team disqualification.

🔵 Stay to Play Tournaments

These tournaments require families to book through official links to maintain our team's eligibility.

🏖 Beachfest (Ocean City, MD)

• Tournament Dates: April 25–26 (Required Arrival: April 24)

• Action Required: Families should book as soon as possible to ensure we reach full compliance for acceptance.

🏨 Kalahari (Pocono Manor, PA)

• Tournament Dates: May 23–25 (Required Arrival: May 22)

• Booking Link: Book Kalahari Here

• Status: ✔️ Team is officially accepted.

• Action Required: Families must still book individually through the link to secure rooms before the block fills up.

🛑 Important Checkout Policy

For all multi-day tournaments, athletes may not leave the venue until all team duties (including officiating/work assignments) are finished on the final day. Please plan your travel accordingly.
