Two High-Impact Roles
Welcome! We are thrilled to launch this new addition to the Driven Dragons Volleyball Academy for the 2025-2026 club season. We are seeking 2-4 caring, selfless, and determined parents from each team to step into foundational leadership roles.

Please keep this in mind: These positions are strictly volunteer roles and do not correlate, influence, or provide any advantage regarding your athlete's playing time, position, or coaching strategy. The reward is contributing to the entire team's success and positive culture.


Guardian Dragon

Culture Champion: Focus on Upholding Our Values on and off the court

Role: Be the visible, positive force—the champion who proactively cultivates an uplifting environment at all competitions.

Commitment: Model impeccable sideline conduct and engage in gentle, peer-to-peer values reinforcement when needed.

Goal: Ensure our passion for the game always translates into constructive support for every athlete, coach, and official.
The Team Manager
Spirit & Support: Focus on Creating Team Camaraderie and Connection.

Role: Be the spirit engine—the organizer who guarantees every athlete feels included and connected socially.

Commitment: Coordinate/ Organize

1 Parent Bonding Night early in the season,

1 Low-cost social event per month** (e.g., pizza/pasta night), and

Lead spirit activities like positive-pins decorating and trading.

Goal: Create a strong, inclusive environment where all the girls love being together on and off the court.

Training and Support
Both roles require parents to complete an online training (Positive Coaching Alliance or equivalent) to help them perform this role to the best of their ability. Furthermore, all leaders will be in close communication with our Cultural Ambassador, Alexis Garrett, to ensure seamless scheduling and the resolution of any concerns.
Planning and Communication

You will be required to update the Cultural Ambassador with event details so they can be added to your team's schedule.
